Meyerland Transitional

How fantastic did this come out? We especially love the clean stucco with the prominent gable on the front of the house. Unique to this house is what we call a modern dining room. Rather than having a formal dining room AND a breakfast table space, we decided to oversize the traditional breakfast location to accommodate a full-size dining table. This puts the formal dining in a more functional location which ideally leads to more use! This also saves square footage that you can put towards a more functional space like closets. The more contemporary finishes definitely parallel the exterior design making this one of our cleanest projects yet.
